Man took pics of young girls who used tanning bed

CALDWELL, Idaho - A 48-year-old Star man has charged with taking pictures of underage girls.

The Canyon County Prosecutor's office says Martin Stednitz has been charged with sexual battery of a minor and sexual abuse of a minor after he allegedly took pictures of naked young girls who were using his tanning bed in his garage.

Each charge carries a maximum sentence of 25 years in prison and would require Stednitz to register as a sex offender if convicted.

A warrant has been issued for the man's arrest.
